Chocolate Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 50g self-raising flour

  • 80g mashed banana

  • 80g Yopro vanilla yoghurt

  • 30g chocolate whey protein 

  • 1 egg

Method:

Combine ingredients in a bowl until smooth (the batter will be quite thick but this will keep the pancakes in good shape). Add dollops of batter to a heated pan and flip once bubbles form on top. I recommend not making the pancakes too large to avoid a soggy centre. Add toppings of choice!

Apple/Carrot Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 70g grated apple or carrot

  • 250g Yopro yoghurt

  • 50g berries of choice

  • 10g chia seeds

  • 40g oats or muesli

  • Cinnamon, salt

Method:

Combine ingredients in an overnight jar and enjoy the next day!
